- Cancelation of a service must be with a 24 hour notice of the time appointment for a full refund.
- Cancelation made day of hour before appointment is a 50% refund.
- Notifying via email is fine but a phone call is appreciated.
- Refunds will take approximately 5 business days.
- If there is a Wi-Fi or zoom issue appointments will be made via facetime or over the phone
- Rescheduling your appointment please contact by calling and also you can go back to the website and change your appointment.
- For Parties, Corporate Events, Bachelorette and private parties, a contract will be emailed to you to secure your date, time and a non- refundable deposit is required.
