Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Cancelation of a service must be with a 24 hour notice of the time appointment for a full refund.
• Cancelation made day of hour before appointment is a 50% refund.  
• Notifying via email is fine but a phone call is appreciated.  
• Refunds will take approximately 5 business days. 
• If there is a Wi-Fi or zoom issue appointments will be made via facetime or over the phone
• Rescheduling your appointment please contact by calling and also you can go back to the website and change your appointment.  
• For Parties, Corporate Events, Bachelorette and private parties, a contract will be emailed to you to secure your date, time and a non- refundable deposit is required.
